Consulting Office Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as an advisor and consultant to the Client office and and makes recommendations relating to projects, policies and programs;
  • Keeps the Client informed of all important developments in the office;
  • Coordinates ongoing Client projects, policies and programs;
  • Assist in day-to-day coordination of Client office;
  • Ensure consultation with various stakeholders with regard to project implementation;
  • Contribute to knowledge management initiatives under the projects;

Competencies

  • Promotes the vision, mission, and strategic goals of Client
  • Good communication and drafting skills;
  • Good managerial skills;
  • Proficiency in general office automation;
  • Computers and IT enabled skills.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A degree qualification in social sciences, economics, management or relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with regard to the implementation and management of projects;
  • Experience in working with domestic and international governmental and non-governmental organisations
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
