Marketing, Administrative and Finance Assistant
Located in Sarajevo

Key Responsibilities:
• Reception desk activities: answering phone calls, screening-copying documents, mail delivery,
• Logistic support for office guests and meeting,
• Keeping documentation according to client standard and Retention Policy,
• Provide administrative support on filling, archiving and other paper work,
• Coordinating with local agency for travel and meetings logistic support for employees,
• Creation of Purchase Requests for the Affiliate,
• Office supplies and materials – purchasing and maintenance related to regular affiliate function,
• Car fleet management,
• Mobile phones – keeping records and documentation filling,
• Assistance in HR data collection for payroll,
• Support to IT and technical support,
• Follows and ensures compliance with ethical and legal guidelines,
• Support to Business owner for organization of events,
• Travel Arrangements,
• Preparing Sponsorship Agreements,
• Fiscal Invoice preparation.

• Intermediate written scientific English and intermediate verbal skills in English,
• Project-, time-, and self-management skills,
• Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility in varying environments and with multiple customer groups and communication channels,
• Effective and adaptable verbal and listening skills,
• Intermediate end-user computer skills,
• Customer oriented mindset,
• Ability to embrace the changes,
• Ability to work independetnly and as a team player.
